The median age of residents is 39.4 with 25% younger than 20 years and just 12% older than 64 years.

Nearby are the Botanical Gardens and the San Diego Museum of Art (SDMA). Some of the biggest events the city hosts annually are the San Diego Comic-Con and an array of music and stage festivals. No matter what your interests and hobbies are, you’re bound to find something you like in San Diego.

  8. San Diego has a very diverse set of communities and neighborhoods, from beach residences to urban housing. North Park just north of Balboa Park offers great walkability and cultural spots. Ocean Beach boasts a great mix of beachside houses and apartments nestled among commercial establishments. Pacific Beach has coffee shops, a breezy vibe, and a party scene like no other.
